We have developed a large consulting service offering covering M&A, innovation financing, HR a,d hiring, consolidation, legal, sustainable developments, and also a dedicated practice to assess the foreign companies in their French operations, from the entry up to strategic operations.

Pro-activity and operational organization focused on client services

We operate with small teams of 4 to 8 professionals each one led by experienced managers with a great level of autonomy to manage their client portfolio.

Their key objective is to address all their client's needs, acting as a one stop shop, with their own resources as well as other expertise's part of our group for specific consulting services.

They are the client key contact person for significant matters and their assessment is largely based on the quality of the services provided. This assessment is based on regular inquiries on client satisfactions.

Approach customized to the client organization and maturity

Our experience is that clients are different in term of international development, business goals and organizations.

Some wants a full outsourcing of all back office functions and others have their own global organization (accounting team and ERP) and need a provider who will integrate their organization for taking care of the local compliance aspects.

We are perfectly used to both situations as our professionals have the capacities to (i) communicate with contact persons based abroad, (ii) work on clients ERP (Netsuite, SAP, etc.) (iii) convert foreign accounts into French ones (iv) prepare group reportings and (iv) manage other specificitie's related to cross border issues.

Our team mirrors our clients with professionals coming from China, Ukraine, Africa, Portugal and Spain. They enjoy working with foreign clients and are at ease to communicate at least in English.

Digital tools to optimize the client services

The group has developed its own suite of business solutions featuring a global interconnection between the various applications and a collaborative exchange platform with clients. This suite is subject to constant development in line with the evolving needs of clients.

As an example, we have recently developed new modules enabling our clients to comply with upcoming obligations related to electronic invoicing.
