SPIRIT, the parent company of ToDay is a good day, has been active for 30 years as a real estate developer throughout the Paris region and in France, in various professions: SPIRIT Immobilier - SPIRIT Entreprise - SPIRIT Hospitalit, and others in development (SPIRIT Grands Projets, SPIRIT Energie, Upstone).

Whatever your status as a worker (independent, employee, public service...), our ultra flexible solution allows you to rent workspaces easily online, without worrying about a binding lease, for an hour, for a day, a month or more. You will have understood that it is without commitment, in all simplicity online and in total autonomy thanks to the QR Code of access to reserved spaces.

To seduce your teams as well as your customers, we offer a space with multiple services:
