2. Intercultural : giving the keys to the French culture.
Far away from classic trainings, our intercultural programs rest on approaches linked to coaching. These workshops, to follow individually or as a group, are destined to identify one's personal set of values. Then compare them to the French values. From there, participants can better understand the cultural challenges they might face and explore the ways to a positive behavior in the long run.
This deep and personalized approach has quickly convinced our most demanding collaborators.
3. Career programs : giving the keys to a career in France.
Expatriation means taking a professional risk. Most of the time, the experience is a success, for both the company and the employee. But the few failures come at a high cost.
For the spouses, expatriation is a time to re-invent oneself. It shouldn’t feel like a sacrifice.
Our career programs encourage expatriates and their spouses to better handle the crucial times of assignment and return. We aim to maximize the opportunity to transform expatriation into a phase of development and empowerment.
